JKSSB Finance Accounts Assistant Syllabus 2026 :- The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) is asking eligible people to apply online for the position of Finance Accounts Assistant (FAA) in different departments. People who are qualified can apply online from December 8, 2025, to January 8, 2026, through the official website at jkssb.nic.in. To be eligible, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks, or 45% for those in reserved categories. They also need to be between 18 and 40 years old, with age relaxation allowed for reserved categories as per government rules. General Knowledge Special Reference to J&K UT 30 Marks

  • Current happenings that are important for the country and the world.
  • How the world and India are divided politically and physically.
  • The culture, traditions, and the movement for freedom in India.
  • Systems for moving people and sending messages, like roads, railways, and the internet.
  • Population details, including how the census works and what it covers.
  • Important rivers and lakes in India.
  • The natural environment, how ecosystems work, and the variety of living things.
  • Jammu & Kashmir, which is a special area under the Union, includes:
